因地震 微软日本IE9发布进程推迟

　　明天中午就是广受关注的微软Internet Explorer 9的发布时间，但地球上有一个地方却不能同时跟上全球的脚步，那就是正处于地震灾难期间的日本，微软日本今天在一份新闻稿中宣布无限期推迟IE9的发布日期，主要目的是为了减少关键时期的网络带宽负载（IE9发布必然会引来大量下载造成带宽拥堵），留下空档给更需要的人。IE9是微软最新版浏览器，其改进包括对HTML5和CSS3标准的支持，改进后的JS性能及外观上的变化，以下是微软日本公告全文：
